Founder and Chairman of Cose Belle d’Italia

Stefano Vegni is Chairman of Cose Belle d’Italia and Chairman and CEO of Europa Investimenti.
From 1984 to the present he has been directing the legal affairs of Citibank, Milan, since September 1987 in his capacity as Vice President General Manager. He has been a Board member of Citinvest SpA, Citibourse SpA and Citicorp Capital Markets SpA and auditor in other companies of the Citicorp Group. He has contributed to directing affairs in the sector of Investment Banking, focusing especially on problems concerning the areas of Mergers and Acquisition and special projects relating to extraordinary finance. From 1988 to 2000 he was Chairman and CEO of Europa Investimenti, during which time he conducted numerous Private Equity transactions with direct responsibility in managing many subsidiaries. He also worked as advisor with the European Technology Fund in Switzerland. From 2005 to 2007 he was a Board member of the company I2 Capital SpA, Milan.
He graduated in Law from the University of Rome.

Tommaso Micaglio is Vice Chairman of Cose Belle d’Italia and CEO of Europa Investimenti.
He has proven experience in private equity. Prior to joining Europa Investimenti, he was Investment Director of DeA Capital SpA and General Manager of IDeA Alternative Investments SpA, as well as member of the Board of Directors in several portfolio companies. In addition, he was Chairman of First Atlantic SpA and member of the Investment Committee of the Private Real Estate Fund, managed by Duemme SGR. Previously, he was Head of Tech Incubator with the MPS Group and CEO of Hiknow SpA. During his career he has also worked as strategy consultant with various international companies (ATK, Arthur D. Little, KPMG and EY), acquiring in-depth knowledge of the sectors of financial services, cleantech technologies and media & communication.
He graduated in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan.

Stefano Bennati is CEO of Cose Belle d’Italia, where he is responsible for Mergers & Acquisitions, and also CEO of Europa Investimenti.
From 1991 to 1994 he worked as Business Analyst with Cofisa SpA, Milan, in charge of the assessment and structuring of private equity transactions for medium-sized Italian and European enterprises. Until 1996 he was Junior Professional at the Merchant Banking Department of Mediocredito Lombardo SpA, and then Senior Professional with Banca Intesa SpA, where he directed a number of private equity transactions and investments in special situations. From 2004 he worked as Investment Director with I2 Capital SpA and from 2007 as a partner of Europa Investimenti. Acting on behalf of these companies he has been a Board member in many operating subsidiaries.
He graduated cum laude in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan.

Franco Rigamonti is CEO of Cose Belle d’Italia, where he is in charge of Operations Management.
In twenty years of offering strategic and organisational consulting to companies he has worked with Organizational Dynamics Inc., Arthur D. Little, Valdani Vicari & Associati and Core Consulting, before setting up his own independent business. His professional experience covers especially projects regarding strategic business planning and development, as well as projects geared to improving personal organisation and development. In recent years Franco Rigamonti has extended his traditional management consulting business to include various advisory services catering to professional investors (private equity funds, family office and business angel). He also works as a business development consultant at the School of Business Management of the University of Turin.
He graduated in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan, and then went on to gain a Master in Business Administration (MBA).

Mauro Gilardi is CEO of Cose Belle d’Italia, where he is in charge of Marketing and Events.
Mauro Gilardi worked from 2000 to 2010 with the De Agostini Group in the marketing division of the business unit Collectibles Italy (kids, teen and music areas). Later he moved on to Planeta Junior (DeAgostini Planeta Group), working as Country Manager responsible for the commercial management and marketing of all the licensing, production and programme sales activities of the Italian office. He joined the Europa Investimenti Group in 2014 as CEO of Paragon Edizioni.
He graduated in Business Economics with a Master in audit and business development from the Cattolica University of Milan.
